Pacific Paradise Motel is located opposite Twin Waters at 612 David Low Way, Pacific Paradise, Queensland 4564. If you’re arriving outside office hours, please call us to arrange key collection.

Booking Changes and Credits

As a small, independently operated motel, every reservation is important to us. Your accommodation is reserved exclusively for you, so we kindly ask that you consider your plans carefully before confirming your booking. All bookings are non-refundable.

If you need to change your plans, a booking credit can be provided when we receive at least seven days’ notice before your scheduled arrival date. The credit may be used toward a future stay, subject to availability.

Please note that booking credits are not available for stays during school holidays, public holidays or long weekends. Changes made within seven days of arrival and no-shows are also unable to receive a booking credit.
